Jarod Carter had a vision for his agency. At Family Home Care of Central Florida, a private duty home care agency with a significant presence in Independent Living Communities, most residents didn’t need traditional home care services.

Can we create appointments like Outlook?’ It was a lot, but I encouraged her to keep them coming,” said Tim.

When CINCH CCM launched, it went live in four communities and, within a year, supported 150 clients. Imagine how much easier it made Gina’s job compared to managing it all on spreadsheets and paper.

“We’ve always kept our moms in mind and the care they received in their later years. It wasn’t always great, not due to lack of care from the caregivers, but because they didn’t have the right tools.
