AxisCare provides a comprehensive benefits package at no cost to employees*, including:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance through UHC and Guardian. Options include a PPO or EPO plan with HSA, featuring a generous annual employer contribution.

- A start of 10 days of PTO plus 9 paid holidays. Paid leave offerings also include sick leave, maternity and paternity leave, bereavement leave, and jury duty leave.
