Out of the 84 listings in this category, AxisCare is ranked #1, with (as of writing this) 169 reviews. Every quarter, G2 highlights the top-rated solutions in our industry, as chosen by the source that matters most: our customers. These quarterly highlights are encapsulated by G2 reports and badges. In G2’s recent Spring 2024 Reports, AxisCare earned 13 badges, adding to our more than 120 G2 badges since 2020. With this report, we were able to see how we stack up against some of the competition:

The second and third-place products don’t even come close to AxisCare’s numbers. Now you may be thinking, “Sure, but when you sort all 147 products by Highest Rated, then AxisCare is no longer at the top of the Home Care Software category. This is where statistical significance comes into play. Let’s dig a little deeper.
The Power of Volume
Hang with us as we dive into some math. AxisCare has received a whopping 682 ratings on Capterra, significantly more than any other software in the Home Care Software category. This high volume of reviews gives an agency shopping for home care software more confidence that the rating of 4.6/5 stars is a true reflection of AxisCare’s quality.

One of our favorite parts of TrustRadius is their Business Problems Solved summary in the Reviews and Ratings section of our profile.
