Who is eligible for a referral bonus?

AxisCare’s current customers (agencies) are eligible for AxisCare’s Referral Bonus Program.

What is the bonus amount?

The referral bonus will be paid in cash, and the amount will be determined after a referred agency becomes an AxisCare customer. Referral bonus tiers are based on the referred agency’s Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) at the time of contract execution. The referred agency must become a paying AxisCare customer in order for the referral to qualify. There is no time limit between submission of the referral form and conversion of the referred agency to an AxisCare customer. Agencies/customers that already have an existing business relationship with AxisCare are not eligible for the referral bonus payment.

What qualifies as a referral?

The referral must be made and communicated to AxisCare via the referral form link prior to the referred agency executing a contract with AxisCare and is only eligible if AxisCare is not yet in contact with the referred agency.  Only referrals that are made through the referral form link are eligible for bonus payments under this program.

When will the bonus be paid?

Referral bonus payments will be initiated after the referred agency has submitted its third (3rd) paid invoice to AxisCare. A 120-day hold period will be enforced in the Impact platform to ensure proper invoicing before any payout is processed. If the referral bonus amount earned during the calendar year meets or exceeds the amount required for a Form W-9 as specified by the IRS, a Form W-9 will be required in order to be eligible for payment.

May AxisCare modify the program?

AxisCare reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms or terminate this referral bonus program at any time without notice.
