UCP of Southern Arizona (UCPSA) serves more than 1,400 members with disabilities and employs more than 1,700 caregivers across Tucson, Green Valley, and Yuma. As a nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals live independently and thrive, UCPSA needed a technology partner that could match its human-centered mission with reliable, adaptable tools.

UCPSA provides home and community-based services including attendant care, habilitation, respite, employment programs, and day treatment services for individuals with all types of disabilities and the elderly.

The Challenge:

UCPSA’s previous software system had become a barrier rather than a support.
